transmission tailshaft dimension help

hello B people -can anyone tell me if there is a difference in tailshaft length between a 727 and 904 trans?
if so what would that be? thanking you all in advance

I again thank those with help- I got the drive shaft shortened and installed. yea. I hope to have it running in a couple weeks, barring tornado's and floods. the '68 wagon has a tailgate that opens as a doorortailgate- the door functuion doesnot work and I cannot findthe reason,nor find any informationon that other than a factory service manual- that I do not have. thank you all for your help.
