Trim and moldings... SS or AL??

I'm to the point in my rebuild (68 Coronet) where I need to brighten up the wheel moldings, rear window trim, sill plates, and rocker covers. (Wait for the dumb question).....
Which of these are stainless, and which are aluminum? I need to do some research on the best way to restore and brighten up these pieces.

Rear window trim is Stainless... The rest is aluminum..

All can be polished with Autosol and 0000 steel wool. Bring your elbow grease too!

And where would I acquire this "elbow grease" substance? But seriously... are these aluminum pieces uncoated or anodized?
