Deceased, But not forgotton
Cooled down here today and better yet the humidity lower.. cutting wood and a pool in the back of a truck sounds inviting! As does the pond out back thats probably as warm as bath water and a few years ago i got bit by a snake and am a little more observant now.. hand swelled up like a football.

I was digging in my yard a few years ago, not paying much attention & my dog got nailed by a 6'+ Diamond Back Rattler "I think he was trying to chase it off", he seemed to be fine just panted a whole lot, you could see venom & blood coming out of the bite marks in his leg, I squeezed as much out as I could, poured hyd. peroxide on it & I immediately took him to the vet ($200 later) & he recovered completely, but the rattler was DOA after a shovel chopped his head off...
