hello all. I have a 67 charger. My gas gauge don't work. I put a new sending unit and new gas tank. I put a new ground strap on as well. I have resurched somewhat why it's not working. I put on a new limiter. Where does the blue wire coming from the sending unit go? To the limiter? The gas gauge? I get the pulse with the test light from the limiter. But no pulse from the gauge itself. I'm lost on what to do next. I'm not ever sure if it's wirered correctly. I only have 2 prongs out the back of the gauge. The ones I see online has 3. Any help would be greatly appreciated with this charger.

Welcome to the forum!...Also welcome from DFW....You sure like yellow...

Not sure what your working with....The sending unit has a single blue wire that attaches and run through the trunk to the drivers kick panel...

Does your sending unit look like below

Yes it looks like the one in the photo. The blue wire that runs up to under the dash from the sending unit! I get no power from the blue wire on either end. And from Bryan College Station area!!!

It should run to the driver kick panel and from there to the back of the cluster.....Does the other gauges work?

Too bad your not closer I would help you out...

And yes I like yellow. I picked this charger up from a friend. 1st mopar for me. I like 1930s fords. But wanted this charger. It's a 383. Automatic. AC. 63k miles. Really clean inside and out.

Yes I read that. On that photo the gas gauge has 3 prongs coming from the gauge. Mine only has 2. This is a photo from that page showing 3 prongs.

I would think one of the 2 wires has to supply 5v coming off the limiter...And one is grounded off the limiter to the hex screw on yours.....Does your limiter have 5v?

Welcome to FBBO from NorCal Sierras

I was gonna' say it's the voltage limiter possibly too
the sending units also go bad, frequently
