Trunk panel

My 69 sport satellite trunk panel finish plate is it pot metal or aluminum? Im assuming pot as its chromed. It has the usual pitting but otherwise is in good condition. Any recommendations on who is good at restoring them.

It has been a long time since I had one of those panels in my hands but if I recall they are a chromed pot metal piece.
with maybe some argent paint in the groves?
It would be nice to see an image of it?
unless you are going for a 101% restore you might consider painting it a satin aluminum or have it powder coated and paint the rest to resemble how Ma Mopar did it back in the day.
Classic industries shows one in their Cat. but sit down before you look at the price.
