I really like the Tuff wheel & and been pondering putting one in a 1970 Road Runner, I am also a big fan of the "Beep Beep" center on the steering wheel. Has anyone ever modified the Tuff steering wheel to inset the horn button into the horn pad?
I've attached a picture of the only 70 I have seen with this steering wheel, as you can see it really enhances the interior.

I've been thinking about doing the same thing. Are the Tuff wheels smaller than the stock one? Anyone know the two diameters?

I have a TUFF wheel in mine. Outside diameter is 14 1/4" if that helps. Definitely smaller than stock.

There's A member on here Dangina that had Beep Beep stickers made for his Horn Button and it looks really good

Here's a pic of mine with the TUFF

I am about to put a tuff wheel in mine, and I had a decal/sticker printed by a buddy of mine who owns a sign shop.
Actually, I had him print a bunch of custom decals...Wile E coyote stickers, etc

I put a Tuff wheel in my '70 after I put in power steering. Love it. If I had manual steering, I would hate it!
