I believe this is a Grant Tuff style steering wheel. I had it on my '66 Satellite for a short time and decided to use the stock wheel instead. Excellent condition and all the parts are included. $50 plus shipping

If someone wants the wheel without the adapter, I'd be interested in the adapter.
