I have two 68's and one has all chrome bumpers, and other has chrome with black rubber inserts. Are both of these correct or is one from another vehicle? Thanks

I'm not real familar with 68s but Plymouth in the 60s usually had a bumper guard option that included rubber inserts or chrome attachments with rubber fronts. My 64 Sport Fury had the optional front bumper with a rubber faced guard across the face. I think the rear guards were missing due to an accident. Probably someone who can decode trim tags or build sheets can determine if the car originally had such an option.

I'm guessing mid year change. I've seen '69 Chargers with long and short bumperettes which was a mid year change.
