"Basically there are two choices in life, remain single and be miserable or get married and wish you were dead"

I thought it was funny but I got a warped sense of humor so what the hell do I know ;)

Yea "life's like a big **** sandwich, the more bread you got the less **** you have to eat"

Is that anything like a shark sandwich?

Maybe I married the "Unicorn" of women. Mine is a great lady that actually has never tried to change me. I live as I did when I was single in terms of working on my cars and spending money on some silly things. She is a naturally easygoing person that just loves me and likes me at the same time.

I have been dumb and tried the marriage thing twice , Thought I had to have it. But after years of being divorced and enjoying life I am happier . I got all my toys and date when I get ready . Prolly wouldn't have the toys if I was married . I know I wouldn't if I had stayed married to the ex . I can honestly say " I have had a good time "

You see there is Unicorns! I married one too. Totally happy here also. I just dumped a large amount of cash buying back my Q5 Road Runner, the one my uncle owned new and one that I owned too but sold like a dummy, and she didn't even bat an eye (the second time anyway, when I told her I was serious, lol).... Now She talks about finding co-ordinating outfits to wear in it when we go for a cruise.

Do either of these ladies have sisters? I'm on wife #4 and I honestly think that if she did not feel obligated to be my caregiver, after combat service because I hung in there while she went through cancer three times, she would be gone a long time ago.

Sorry, I didn't mean to stir up trouble I just thought it was sort of a funny sarcastic comment.

I got lucky the second time around and have a total unicorn. Couldn't be happier with her - and she lets me do my thing too. We're very compatible and life is good.

When you open a can of worms, the only way to put them back is in a bigger can.

Are unicorns Bi or Bi curious? Now on to my wife. Shes tuff but has been supportive of me and it has been tuff staying together 40? years. and it is tuff staying together I believe for most.

I made the mistake of staying with number 1 for 30 +years ( married for 24 of them) think it ruined me . even sexy ones I start thinking "who are you f*cking around on" think i'll stay single :poke:

Oh what the hell, since everyone else is chiming in, on my 2nd wife, been married for 30 years now. First 15 years or so were great (for the most part) then she hit menopause. She's been in a bad mood ever since, not so great. But I've got my Mopars, motorcycles, 4x4 and other toys to keep me occupied and happy ;)
