Does anyone know if anything is inside the vacuum canister that could be damaged by exposure to 200 deg. F (e.g., plastic, rubber)? I am painting parts removed during an engine rebuild. The paint used requires final cure at 200 deg. F, which I can do in an oven, but I don't want to cook something critical.

Thanks!

There is a check valve that you might ruin. I just sand blast them and epoxy prime and paint. No heat.

Thanks. I've already got it painted, but I used engine primer and paint I already had. It doesn't fully cure unless exposed to 200 deg. for an hour. I appreciate the info. I won't be baking it, then.
