Valence/ Bumperette question

I have my 74 charger SE with the original bumperettes on the rear bumper. I removed the bumperettes to give the rear bumper a cleaner look. I now notice that the rear valence has cutouts for the bumperettes to go through.
The rear valence doesn't have dual exhaust cutouts.

I already have a dual exhaust kit that I will be installing after paint/new engine as well. Could I use the bumperette cutouts in the valence as exhaust tip cutouts somehow? has this been done by anyone?

if that doesn't work, Is there any way to get a new valence that wont have these bumperette cutouts?

Another idea that a friend gave me is to just paint the rear valence chasis black, instead of body color, and that way the out-of-place bumperette cutouts wont 'stick out' as much...

There are valences that don't have the cutouts, see if you can find one of those. Or maybe if the cutouts are about where your dual exhaust is going to exit,you can cut a more rounded look on the panels to fit the exhausts.Just a suggestion.
