Ok Guys, I am getting ready to put the door glass in. I have the run channel and plastic posts for the vent. Question is dose the channel attach to the glass and slide up and down or is it stationary in the vent frame. If its on the glass do you punch holes in it? If its stationary what hols it to the vent frame? I have a manual but its not to clear on this issue. Thanks.

The channel run attaches to the glass you punch holes in it and attach it with the white plastic clips

Thanks Beekeeper, I have a paper hole punch that should work.
Hi can you help me. I have to replace the weatherstrip, does the vent assembly have to come out with the door glass, and be reinstalled w/door glass at the same time

Yes sir they come out together and go in together

Yes the only way I could see to do it. Easy job with 2 people but doable solo.
