I’m trying out a set of 15x7 Daisies a friend has for sale - I think I like em! Compared to the 15x6.5 black steelies, the Daisies pep up the look quite a bit. I’ve been looking for slotted mags, but finding them in 5x4.5 has been a challenge. I think I’d paint the spokes grey. Does anyone know what hub centric rings I need for these? The Dodge hub is apparently 83.06mm? Does that mean I need 83mm OD? The hub on the wheels is tapered so I don’t know what to measure. Thanks!

I have six vintage daisies, two 15x7, and four 15x8.5. The eight and a half have too little hackspace, won't fit anything I own.
The 15x7s will fit everything.
If the 8.5s would fit, I'd have had them restored by now. There is a wheel restorer/polisher local.
As above , your daisies are a GIGANTIC improvement, and rarely seen at car shows.
(And a million times better than slots! I've been "over" slots for about thirty years)

Oh, and Americans (200s, proper designation for daisies, and torque thrusts) have been lug centric for about sixty years, and 10s of millions of miles. You can try to find hub centric rings if you want.... but it's entirely unnecessary.

I have a private question about your 15" 200's, but your mailbox is full?

Hub centric wheels are the best way to go but there are literally MILLIONS of cars that are running around with LUG centric wheels and they are fine.
The wheels on my red car are LUG centric. The car rides smooth.
There are sticklers that swear that you have to have Hub centric wheels and while they are entitled to their opinions, I haven't had any problems using wheels without a snug fit in the hub. Heck, the Magnum/Road Wheels were not hub centric and Ma Mopar put those on lots of cars.

Those look so much better! I think cosmetically your Charger is done! Looks very inviting to just jump in and put some miles on.

I attend every car show I can here in tri-state az, (few and far between) and I've seen ONE set of daisies on one particular car. And that set is the later model chromed (yuck) two piece version.
If you want to be different, daisies are a way to go, especially with vintage one piece!

Turns out these wheels are 15x8 (maybe 8.5?) with 3.5 backspace. I don’t have the correct lug nuts yet, but I’m hoping the fronts with be ok once I have my tires mounted. I have 215/70/15 on the front and 235/70/15 on the back with the 15x6.5 steel wheels and 4.25 backspace, I think. I guess I could have one mounted and turn the wheel lock to lock. I hope they’ll work.

That is the exact wheel I have,. I think (note, THINK !) they will probably fit on a Charger with the wide open wheel wells. Think 60 series tires.
The cars I would use mine on both have closed-in rear wheel wells, and any tire that would be a proper size for the wheel width will definitely rub the fender, if I could get them on at all!
I have had them on my 55 with ridiculously small tires, and they still rubbed.
An extra inch of backspace, and they'd fit anything.

Yeah, I remember about five years ago wandering around the Turlock swap my buddy said "That is the exact wheel I have," Two days later I got a call, his storage had been broken in to..
