Aussie Coronet
Well-Known Member
G'day Forum heroes,
Though I'm in no rush, I would like to locate a 440 for my Coronet. I don't really want to spend megabucks on a brand new rebuild or crate engine, just a relatively fresh motor, with no issues, is reliable and I can just drop in and enjoy. If it was attached to a 727 then that would be even better.
So if anyone has one that fits that description please drop me a line. As I'm located the other side of the lake (Australia), it would have to be palletised and packed for the journey and if that's too much of a stuff around then I understand. locally, there aren't too many 440's around and they are generally clagged out POS that would make good boat anchors.
Any advice on what would be a good ball park figure to spend would also be appreciated and I'd like a block that is as close to 68 as I can find.
