I have a friend that is looking for a 68-70 charger project if anyone has one or knows of one. Doesn’t matter how rough
 
Better off paying more and buying the nicest complete Charger he can find. Project Chargers are just stupid prices right now. 30-40G's for junk that are not even considered parts cars anymore.
 
Oh, and for whatever reasons. They are always less expensive outside of Michigan.
