Better off paying more and buying the nicest complete Charger he can find. Project Chargers are just stupid prices right now. 30-40G's for junk that are not even considered parts cars anymore.

I am helping a friend of mine sell his two Charger shells. The yellow one is a 1968 R/T. The red one is 1969. He is asking $19,000 for the 1968 and $12,000 for the 1969.
