If your really stuck I have a complete heater box with core and fan motor non AC from a 74 but it IS a strato-vent type. I will have non AC strato vented insert without a badge in the spring when I replace my dash. I know its not waht your specifically looking for but it may be an option if you cannot find a non strato and you may be able to modify it.... just an thought and option.

only one issue to note but an easy fix... one of the 4 firewall mouting bolts sheared, the one furthest away from the 3 around the fan motor, all else is in great shape just dirty

I looked up the heater boxes for 1971 and 1973-74 and find that there are some numbering differences. I dont know what if anything is different about the rear heater box cover (the cover closest to the passenger seat)

Here are exerpts from the Parts catalogs 1971 first then the 1973-4
