I have a 66 383 auto original XX1, it had been drag raced at one time, inner fenders were cut for headers.
Also a. 67 440 auto original XX1 also had been drag raced at one time .
Don’t remember which tracks they were at. One had a sticker from the Spokane track and one had a sticker from the Seattle track. Just wondering if anyone remembered or heard older relatives or friends talking about either of them.
Pretty sure I won’t be restoring them.
Several years ago I located the original owner of our 4 speed. He was from Weiser Idaho. Had a very nice conversation with him.
Also our son has a blue 67 4 speed that came from Azwell WN. Owners name was C G Courtney. No luck finding him.
