This is the original Turquoise engine paint offered by MoPar. They have replaced it with some nasty looking blue listed under the same number but with an "AB" after it.
I am looking for 3 cans of the original turquoise engine paint P4120752, full cans...NOS.

CRAP! I just painted my oil pan and timing chain cover with the last of my original P4120752 paint and just realized today when the new AB crap came in they are NOT the same.

Oh man, I agree, the AB is not near as cool.

Does anyone have a couple of cans they'd like to sell?

Try this.

I have used the orange and it looks dead on so possibly the turquoise is good too. Eastwood might have some too. One thing I noticed is it didn't spray on worth crap. Probably because I didn't prep the surface correctly. I have used other POR products with great success so I'm thinking you must follow their instructions to the tee!

I work at a chrysler dealership in the parts dept, I can give u a few dealerships that show to have the old number still on their shelf. just let me know if i can help!! :)

By the way, a friend of mine sells the Mopar Performance "nasty looking blue". He assured me that the paint color was still the correct turquoise, and that for some God-unknown reason they changed the color of the CAPS to a "nasty blue". I bought the new Mopar Performance paint with the ugly blue caps with the understanding that I would get a money back guarantee if it didn't match. It DOES match. The paint is still turquoise, the lid is just nasty blue.

Sorry to disagree with you, I tried several cans and it was the nasty blue color. I sprayed it on the original block with the old turquoise paint still on it and it wasn't even close to matching it. I didn't base my comments on the color of the cap but the color of the paint. You either had nothing to compare it to or the lights were off. They not only changed the color of the cap but the whole label...its a different paint with a DIFFERENT part number...check it out.

Eastwood. VHT 13829 Z. Early Chrysler blue. This is the proper greener shade, engine paint. If you wanna bc/cc, 1962 Chrysler paint code J. Bermuda turquoise. A side by side comparison will reveal almost no shade difference. I've been painting for a long time. I cannot see a shade difference. Just an alternative.

Here is an example of the Bermuda turquoise bc/satin cc. image.jpg
