Watch and Cringe

That brought back very painful memories.
And reminds me that my friend wants to buy my bike.

Couldn't watch, wife laughs when a guy gets it in the nuts.

I started riding mountain bikes in the early 90s. I know, we have no mountains in the prairie. I learned the hard way how easy it is for speed to get out of control when you're having fun riding a good trail. I've had 2 bad accidents. The first I was alone and did a face plant going off a 4 foot drop incorrectly. The handle bar turned and hit me in the ribs so hard I couldn't catch my breath and had to walk a few miles back to the truck. The second and worst was the same type of wreck, over the bars, landing on my shoulder tearing 2 of the 3 ligaments loose. That time I couldn't even push my bike back to the parking area. Fortunately, my Uncle Bill and a friend were there. They took their bikes back to the truck and Bill walked a few miles back to push my bike for me.

It's been mostly good times, though, and really good exercise. No regrets.

I had a ton of crashes broke both collarbones at once I was basically helpless for 10 weeks , thank god my wife - gf at the time took care of me I knew she was a keeper after that .
Multiple broken crap just got a full THR hip replacement last year she took care of me again .
I don't do most of the jumps any more but still ride my bike on trails 4-5 times a week .
I love biking it makes me happy .i knew after hitting the jump it was going wronge most times still love it though ....
