What's the deal on We Are Mopar next month at Gas Monkey? Anyone going? Or is this mainly for late models?

There will be more new than older models. I paid to support at least but the heat may keep me at home. The promoter and club are a great of guys in all respects and have over 800 cars signed up!

Yeah, the older I get the less I like the heat. I got an email the other day from someone (DFWXm or something like that) wanting information and pictures of my car. It sounds like they're wanting to schedule a photo shoot of attendees rides. I'll have to re-read it if I didn't delete it.

You are correct on that email.....being a sitting duck in a 100 plus temps doesn't appeal to me....my only concern would be getting stuck in a long line of cars to enter...sitting there pumping heat.

After that plane ride out of DFW, I am ******* afraid to go to Texas.

Sitting in traffic with a big block in 100°+ weather ain't my cup of tea either. If I do decide to go I'll have to load it in the trailer anyway. There's not enough gas stations between here and Dallas. lol
I'm wondering if there is even a place to park a trailer?

I would trailer there myself and I am in North Dallas, lol....too many stoplights..I have the number of the promoter if you want to ask him...

I'm going, but not bringing the car, too hot. Gotta have my AC this summer...
