Weird Door Tag That Says "No Spec" on 71 Charger R/T

Does anyone know anything about this? It's on a friends 71 Charger R/T.

Any other documentation? VIN tag, Fender Tag, Build sheet?

VIN tag doesn't match but the door is F3 like the rest of the car under the dark green paint. Fender tag is off and in storage and I'm not sure about a build sheet. I should ask to pull the seats.

The car is a WS23 440/727 R/T. Without the fender tag I can see it has hideaway headlights, am/FM radio, A/C, power disc brakes and its column shifted because it has the C21 center cushion. Originally F3 with green interior and green canopy vinyl top.

I've only seen this once before, on a 71 Satellite. Only thing odd about the Satty is that it's optioned for front and rear louvers, not supposed to be available on Satellites.

I've had 2 cars over the years like this only thing I can say is there odd balls maybe a back door build ?
One was my 73 rallye 3 on the tree charger
The other was on my 71 rt 440 auto dana car b5
Not really sure what was odd on it but it said no spec too

Oh and there was this 73 hard top charger but was vin as a 72 but the rear windows didn't tool down but they were the roll down style not just s.e. without the trim !
It was coded as no spec
It was a very odd car I passed because I thought it was bs

Would have been interesting to see the fender tag.

Maybe means "not to spec" in relation to the model, in other words the car was made outside of the norm of what it should have.

Still can't find anyone that's seen another oddball build sheet set like mine with assembly line instructions and one with "do not build.
