Not sure....but I think it was off a car with an SPD of 6 August 1965.
 
I’d say that is 1975 instead.
 
My RS23V0A****** GTX has a PS cooler attached to the SAGINAW pump on the hose from the steering gear to the pump's return connection (low pressure). The car was built with the A34 super track pack option which included 4.10 Dana rear, max cooling radiator, torque drive clutch assembly 7 blade aluminum fan with shroud, power front disc brakes. The cooler stands vertical along side the pump receiving air from the fan. MOPAR used the cooler on cars with 3.54 (Dana axle) and 3.55 (8 3/4") and higher ratio axles......not sure about the the C or A body applications or the Federal pump applications.......just my opinion of course....
