What is it?? Miller Tool

Anyone recognize these Miller tools?
C-3742 puller-tie rod end, and some kind of puller with the only numbers on the round rods MD-998056-A-3.

I found this on a Wrangler forum, looks like it's for an NV-231 transfer case used in some Jeeps, Dakotas, Durangos, etc.
