WTF< I agree and was also thinking Citroen or HR Geiger.

Looks like it has a/c and is possibly FWD.

diff. not american, and it is narrow :eusa_think::grin:

...and the plastic (not chrome) dial/pushbutton (am?) radio screams 70's.

Mid 80'd GMs had one spoke, but much larger and not "entering" the column like that.

...which then begs the question...what column?

I believe it is a cit. mid sixties Ds 21 chap.:eusa_think:

looks like a Citroen, but don't the frenchies drive on the wrong side like the brits??

they still look like a bath tub upside down they also were all over viet nam :headbang:

Amazing car for sure ,great dash but a little unsightly on the body style....

"Bet I could steer that car with this dildo", said the disgruntled engineer.

When I read that with a bad, fake french accent, it's MUCH funnier!!

whith thees dil-dOH!

...and I believe the 7 or 8 o'clock position for the steering wheel um, shaft- is the "straight ahead" position for that car as well.

Here's a newer stretched one I saw at a car show earlier in the year.

I've been fascinated with these oddballs since I was a kid.

Yeah, I'm a fan of the over the top Citroens of the 70s... the pinnacle being the SM. Headlights that turned with the steering, canisters of Nitrogen that made up the adjustable suspension... nothing else like them has ever been made. There's even a shop in LA that specializes in SMs:

And here's Leno driving his:

Yes, the SM is one of those cars I wish I could own... but luckily I don't have the space, the wallet, or the patience to own such an insanely quirky vehicle.
