What will it be worth?

c.p.i. black book runs from 118,000.00--190,000.00--350,000.00
if it was convert; book says insufficient data

ps; a paint job and a good detail job doesn't make it a 350,000.00 car. the requirements for that are huge let alone the 190,000.00 price.

Everyone is crying they have no money but someone will drop some major dough on it.

70 Hemi Cuda "nice Black car"

:iamwithstupid: The market on Mopars is down like between 25%-50%, of course depending on the buyers bidding, what they think it's worth, what options & originality, un-resored survivor, actual mileage, quality of restoration, presentation, resrve or no-reserve etc., from the 2007 highs.... I say probably maybe Low $100k to $150k range/value now... JMHO, they aren't bringing the real big bucks, like they were just a few years ago, unless there's a bidding war between two buyers with fat wallets, bidding against each other in a pissing contest...LOL... It says 23 options & 12k miles, it should be a nice one...

That's just effin beautiful. I know I can't afford it... I expect it to eclipse 200k at auction despite what the market has been like. You just don't see many desirable top of the food chain survivor cars like that.

If it was a 71....I can't imagine what it would bring...In excess of 300k easy.

Will be watching Mecum to see how the bidding goes.

Maybe, but to me the Mecum auction don't usually seem to bring the big price tags, on comparable cars, like that of the Barrett Jackson auction celebrity type crowds, there are a few exceptions thou.... It's just an observation... I wonder if it's a no-reserve auction offering ?? if it is a reserve price car, the reserve may be way too high, like allot of the Mecum cars are, then they just don't sell... But I will watch for sure thou... it is perty

I'm just guessing, but I think that you are pretty close at 150K Budnicks. Be interesting to watch the bidding. I'll bet that it is offered with a reserve in the 175K+ range. Won't be a bit surprised if it doesn't sell, but it's always a crap shoot at these auctions.

Lot of money for sure. My guess is the reserve is set pretty high and the car will hit a few other auctions if it doesnt sell. no need to give it away

The site now has an estimate of $300,000 plus. I guess we'll find out tomorrow when it goes up for sale.

That car was purpose built. If I had the $$$$, I'd buy it. Then lay rubber out of the parking lot on the way to Route 66. The Hell wilth the kids.

That car is amazing. But my brain always pipes up and says "even if you had that kind of money, you could get a bunch of amazing vehicles plus a garage to park them all in for that money!"

I am a bit smug that I've never spent more than 20K on a car in my life. But hey, I just hope whoever buys that 'Cuda actually drives it instead of putting it in a museum type spot and never letting it see the light of day.

Anybody that pays that kind of money is just hiding they bucks from the government, Half to find a place to put it.
