What's it worth?

Went to a local salvation yard today. He's got a 67 coronet 2 door 440 model. Looks fairy solid. No motor,no tranny. Black vinyl top,that's ripped. Seats are there,needs door panels. Couldn't get a good look underneath. He asking a grand. I'd buy it for a project but I'm still working on two other cars. Maybe a good one to flip?

What are the grill and surrounds like? Buckets? Console? Dash? You could easily part it out and double or triple your money...
A decent whole car, less m&t , could go from $2-3k depending how much is there...
Throw $700 at him and go from there...
