What's the deal with my alternator and crank pulley?

As I go through the car I keep seeing some things that I have to ask about. It seems the alternator pulley is 2 groove and the crank pulley is 4 groove. Is there any reason for this? I'm thinking maybe the engine was originally set up for AC or something?

I plan to add AC over the winter... Maybe I'll save on a pulley? Or maybe these pulleys aren't even the right ones for this engine?

Sorry, 1967 Coronet RT but has a 383 with power steering.

No AC controls in dash. Alternator is stock 35amp and fan is 4 blade, so I am guessing water pump is for a non-AC car as well. Since I am planning to install AC before next summer, I am trying to figure out what I actually have before I start.

you will need the V2 compressor and mounting brackets, all the correct pulleys and brackets. Water pump small pulley and idler pulley needed. You will also need the correct AC water pump for this change as well. Go to a car show and take pics..yer gonna need them

you will have 4 belts total.
