Whats this rubber dealy?

Anyone know what this rubber dealy is? It came in the body plug kit, and not sure if its something for my 73 Roadrunner or not, and could be something thats been missing for years.

If you can identify it, let me know.

looks to be a rubber for a door, boot or hood, have a look in those areas if there is anything similiar on your car

Nope, there is only one, and its not a door, hood, or trunk bumper, i got all those installed already.
