Wheel ID.

So I have 2 Mopar 15x7 Rallye wheels that I have been told were date code 10-8-70. They are in great shape, but I am confused how the date code works. I can clearly see the 10 and 8 on either side of the valve stem, but don't see anything indicating 1970. I am considering sell them, but want to be sure I know what they are first.

The numbers circled in red tell you the year.

Example “M4” over “0”

M4=Motor Wheel plant #4
0= 1970
