Wheel well lip molding help

Does anyone know whether the chrome wheel well lip molding from a 73-74 charger fit a 72 coronet ? I don't have access to interchangeable books. Thanks in advance...

I don't think they will. I was looking for some too for mine but gave up trying to find any.

Thanks Hotrod, A friend living in another state has a set from a 73 Charger. I'm going to check with Layson's Resto. I'm told 72 Charger fender lip molding will fit the 72 Coronet...$210-279 a set from Laysons...Rather spend that on a front-end rebuild kit....

I'm pretty sure they won't interchange. There is a sharp angle at the lower body line on the Chargers that the Coronets don't have. Maybe one of the Charger owners on here could post up some close ups for us? I know what you mean on that front end kit. Rockauto has some pretty good prices these parts. I've got half of mine replaced already

72 Fronts may interchange but 73-4 is different. Somebody may have some NOS that they want to unload. Try Steve's Musclecars, he has a lot of NOS he doesn't advertise.
