When i was a kid

When i was young in grade school

Was that back when the pilgrims landed on Plymouth Rock? Lol

J/K good thread Steve
My hands and ability to be a grunt do to my farm upbringing have always been my greatest asset.
Although I was at the top of my class and full of knowledge, the vast majority is useless. And a set of hands and strong back combined with common sense and some discipline will get you far in life.

If I instill 1 thing in to my young son it will hopefully be the same values. That may be difficult though because he is 18 mo. and I just turned 37.

I'm now trying to learn the books and the numbers part of my profession. It's a tad confusing, combine that with the fact that it's a bit hard to find good help nowadays. That's enough to drive me back to the bottle.......

Let me get this straight Steve from Staten Island.....
YOU DID ALL OF THAT AS A YOUNGSTER AND ENEDED UP A WELDER?

Ha Ha, only kidding Steve...
Yup, Snowflake generation....
