Where to get fender patch panel?

I am in need of a couple of front fender patch panels. Looking for a piece that will cover the lower part of the fenders in FRONT of the tires. So between the tire and the bumper. I have found patch panels that are made to fit behind the front wheels, but none for in front of the front wheels.

Anyone know a place where I can find these?

Yeah that's what I was worried about, can't even find repro complete fenders (which would be overkill anyways) so it looks like I am going to have to have someone do a custom patch on it at some point.

Either that or look for donor fenders. You never know, things can rust funny - you might find a pair that is toast towards the door jamb but nice up front. Cut/paste/viola
