Which aftermaket grommets will fit my 1972 SSP 318 valve covers?

Tried to pull my old PCV from the valve cover and it disintegrated because the rock hard grommet would not let go. I guess I need to replace the grommet. But looking at the internet, it's hard to say which style will fit. And what about the breather side? That seems to be rock hard (original) too? This is a stock California emissions equipped 318 automatic in a 1972 Plymouth Satellite Sebring Plus. Thank you.

Check with Dorman products. I got both at the local parts store

Dorman and Help both have them. NAPA, Autozone should carry them.
