I have to say Centerforce diaphragm style with the "dual friction" disk is pretty darn good. You'll need to pull out your clutch pedal over-center spring.
I always used to run only the high static pressure (2800 lbs. - 3400 lbs.) borg & beck 3-release fork style clutches that would make your left leg hurt in traffic. I always read that the 3-fork style pressure plate was much stronger than the diaphragm style (20-30 little forks).... but technology has changed. About 2 yrs. ago I put in a brand new Hays street/strip clutch and it lasted for 20 miles and pulling it into 2nd gear hard one time & the pressure plate came apart so bad that it damaged my Lakewood scattershield. I switched to a Centerforce and I've been very happy with it.
