They are made in Canada. I am gonna get one of those for my Coronet when I'm ready. Purdy reasonable too.

I didn't say the ones I posted were not the same as Spectra. I just said they were not ALL the same. Some of them come from China.

If it's silver, it's likely from Canada. The Chinese ones are all painted black.

I got the silver one for my '70 road runner. Nice solid tank.

CR9C Spectra Premium

There is a big difference between manufactors, China do have silver ones but it is just paint that will come loose in a day och two, and they are much thinner too.
The Spectra is the way to go.
I also upgraded to a stainless 3/8 sending unit.
