I owned a 78 Triumph 750 Tiger. Nice bike but the electrics were crap. It left me stranded so many times.

I had a 72 Triumph Tiger 750 as well as a 72 Spitfire, both purchased used in 85. We put many miles on both of them and never had a lick of problems. They were a lot of fun.
