I dont see why not.
I have 245-60-15 on my car


And IMO, a 245 is awfully wide for a stock 14x5.5 rim, or even a 6 inch wide as well
 
245/60/14s fit great on a 7” wheel. That’s what I ran on my 67 Barracuda. The wheel width and offset is going to make or break tire fitment.

I have 14" x 6" wheels on the front....Can I get 245/60/14 on there without worries
 
Mine had 245/60/15 on the front when I bought it. Without PS! Those were a bear to turn the wheel at slow speeds. No clearance issues, though.
