Guys, been offered a near new 2.5" stainless exhaust system Comes from a 1967 B body and I want to fit to my 73 RR.
Both cars are small block and it includes headers. Any idea if it will fit?

Is it all pre-bent and welded together and is it a bumper exit?
if it is....MAYBE,
the headers MIGHT be an issue, I've seen some SB headers saying they'll fit 60s thru 80's but I've seen some that don't.
also if its runs all the way back to the bumper on the 67 it might be short for your 73 (?).
With the info you/I have that's about the only answer I can provide, but worst case, you might have to cut it/bend it in acouple spots and weld it/clamp it back up to get a good fit.
throw it on and let us know.

Just a note that 66-67 runs directly under the rear frame rails and is tight.

71-74 frame rails are wider and the gas tank is quite a bit different.

Careful, firewall is different too. They made a lot of changes from 70 to 71 on the underneath side.

Ok guys, thanks for the heads up. It was a bit of a long shot and it is mostly welded, so it could be a bear to fit. I'm not desperate as my exhaust is ok, but it was quite a gift $450 for system and headers, but I could spend the money better elsewhere on the car . Thanks again.
