Will a 971 Oil pan fit in a 70 B-body???

I bought an oil pan for my 440 in my 70 b-body from a good member here. Probably my miscommunication, but what I ended up with appears to be a 971 pan according to the 440Source and Roseville oil pan pages. Apparently came on 73-78 B-bodies.

Question is, will this pan fit into my 70 b-body without interference?
