Will my oil pan fit?

I am going to swap a 440 into my 73 charger. I have located a bb k member with mounts. I know the correct pan is 971 stamping. But I already have a 933 from a c body. My question is will it fit? Thank you all in advance.

just tried one on a73 roadrunner yesterday. sump is to far forward it hits the cross member. j.d.
