70 was first year for that but are those the ones? Maybe someone will post a schematic showing those colors in detail and we’ll both know. That’s a new under dash harness I take it?

Yes it is. And yep looks like for headlight relay

BTW, obviously those terminals would not be used on a Plymouth, the ring terminals will be live under some conditions, be sure they get insulated and secured.
