I'm in the market for a '68 Charger. I'm a serious buyer and I have cash in hand.

Here's what I'm looking for:
A complete car. Driver quality preferred but not req'd.
440 engine, in running condition
Manual trans preferred but not req'd
Non-vinyl top preferred but not req'd

I don't mind minor rust issues. I don't care about numbers matching. I don't care what trim level it started as. I don't mind a project car, but it has to be mostly assembled with little or no pieces missing (so no bare rollers/bare chassis etc). I don't care if little things don't work like window cranks, lights, fuel gages, etc. I don't care about little dings and dents. I don't mind primer and I don't care about the paint quality. I don't mind a busted dash or a thrashed interior... or even a partly missing interior.

No major damage (collision, frame bent, flood damage etc) or bodywork required. It needs a clean title, in hand.

I live just east of St. Louis.. and I can pick up the car if it is within a couple states or so of me. I will consider shipping longer distance if the price is good. I've got cash and I'm looking to pay $8k - $19k :eek:ccasion14:

Thanks for looking!

Still looking guys. Same price range... maybe more towards $22k if it's something real special like an R/T in okay condition. Otherwise still $8k - $19k or so for a driver quality '68 Charger. If anybody has some real leads, that'd be nice too. Thanks for any help!

That's a fact. But not everyone knows it. Even the people selling these cars...

I'm just trying to generate any kind of lead.

Bought my new-to-me car! So I guess I'll mark this thread as sold?... Admin please delete because I can't seem to find where to delete it.
