Is anyone reproducing the seat release buttons for a '70 bucket seat? Or does anyone have some for sale? Driving myself crazy looking for them. I saw a black one on ebay, but aren't they supposed to be chrome?

are you referring to the seat slider button ....or the seat tilt button (to let passengers in the back seat?)

they both are black on my buckets in my 70 RR. ebay has them...they appear every so often.

The button that releases the top of the seat to tilt forward. Found 1 on ebay. Eyes peeled for another. Thanks for the reply.

The one I got from ebay is too long. From what I can tell, the seats were used in sone coronets, but they are actually '71 E body seats. The hinge cover is built on to the plastic seat back. Anyone?

In 70 B body bucket seats where the release button is on the side, is in a seperate trim piece and not part of the molded seat back. I also have looked all over and it is not reproduced at all. I found a drivers side set on ebay to put on my 70RR. Ebay is probably your best bet, should be the same for E body buckets as well.
