WTB WTB '66 Coronet

I'm in need of the jack base, lug wrench, and hold-down spring for a '66 Coronet. I also need the hold-down screw and wing nut. Almost any condition is OK as long as they're restorable to decent condition.

I have a jack with base from a 67.....do you know if they are the same as a 66
