I need someone to cut out a patch panel from a firewall on a parts car for me.

I have a 71 Plymouth SSP and the firewall rusted out between the accelerator pedal (such that the accelerator pedal will not mount in the firewall) and the bulkhead connector.

Attaching a picture of what I need.
