So, I bought a oil pan and pickup from xv motorsports for my hemi swap. That was on 1/1/14. I got a confirmation that my payment had been verified but nothing else. no tracking number or estimated shipping date. I've called 5 times or so (always get a recording, no answer) and e-mailed. no response as of yet. The part wasn't on backorder so I dont know what the issue could be. does anybody have experience with this company? any similar experiences? if so, how did you resolve them. I'm starting to get a bit aggravated!!!:angry9:It just seems ridiculous.

I have bought stuff from them in the past but it was very slow getting to me. I honestly don't know if the company is still making suspension parts. Someone else may want to chime in.

Today is the 7th. Relax. Holiday delays should be over now. I bought the 3 point seatbelts from them years ago but don't remember the details.

They are a good company and have used them in the past. Just give it some time.....I know, patience my ***, you want to kill something!

if you guys say so. guess I'll cool it. I've just never known of a company that does business like that. I've called every phone extension in that building that is available and no answers ever. same with e-mail. I was afraid I got scammed or something lol.

They haven't updated even their web site for years? in todays world its a MUST!

i was told to stay away, takes to long to get parts. kinda sad i heard they have nice stuff.

if it takes forever with no response call your credit card company and stop the payment. I bet they respond then.....


I bought my Mildon pan from a member of another forum but Summit has them and they ship same day usually. I really liked the pan and pickup and would buy from them again.

I have some stuff from XV on my car....their frame connectors and body stiffening package, not suspension stuff. It took FOREVER to get all the pieces of the entire package and that was in 2008! I guess they haven't changed much since then.
I will say the products were great. I saw a set of US Car Tool frame connectors get installed on a Dart and it took forever to get them to fit right to the stock floor pan. My connectors took maybe 45 minutes of minor grinding to fit to a new AMD pan.

yeah, I just expected that a company as big as them would have it together a little more. They sent me an e-mail with a tracking number that had the estimated ship date as 1/8/14. called fedex and they said they still havent even dropped it off. of course I cant get anyone to answer the damned phone or e-mail. grrrrr
