I have a 1966 Dodge Coronet 440 for sale. It has its original 273 small block, 2 bbl Carter, 904 column automatic and 8 3/4" (non surgrip) rear axle. The odometer reads a little over 74000 miles and to the best of my knowledge that is original mileage. Car runs, drives and mechanically is in reasonably good condition but will need work to be in "great" condition again. Body is "ok" but not perfect with faded paint, some dents, dings and corrosion. Floor and trunk are solid. Frame is in good shape 'except' for an outer mid-section about 7" in length thats damaged/corroded (pictured). Interior is original white vinyl, split bench, with of course, a torn drivers seat. New tires, registration is current and clear title in my name. Numbers matching car although i have as of yet, not been able to "date" decode the transmission, i believe it to be original. On that note if anyone has the tech to do so? The numbers on the pan rail, by the shift linkage read "2538338W 1936770"?? Included with the car is an extra 273 engine and 904 automatic. Wish i could say but i do not know how well they might run/operate or not? VIN and fender tag are intact along with a Broadcast sheet and a photcopy of the original dealer reciept. I posted a short video on youtube of starting/running the car (from a cold start). Can be found under search "wrn1966 Coronet" Asking $8000.00 or make offer? If interested or any questions/comments let me know, thanks for looking!
