It could be under the dash or in the Back seat spring however i found mine under the floor carpet on the drivers side behind the drivers seat. Not sure if it was put there by the previous owner or by the factory.

Thank you 440. My fault, I meant did anyone have it in their possession. I stripped the car completely down and didn't find it. Thank you again for your willingness to help.
