Could you let people know what model you are looking for? A 65 Belvedere I and Belvedere II are different I believe as are 65 Dodge models.

All the Plymouth and Dodge radio deletes I have seen are the same. I may be wrong but just going by what I have seen.

There is a thread a few down from this one about 64 delete plates. This is what is shown as a base model plate for cars that don't have the trim that goes across the dash and into the glove box. The next one would be for a Bel II. It seems Joe Suchy repops the base model in metal and as above are the plastic ones.

Is the lower one in photo a 65 Plymouth? It appears to be to me?
